• OpenSea surpassed $3.5B in monthly ETH trading volume, a new all-time-high

  • It’s actually at $4.7B monthly volume for January and the month isn’t even over yet..

• OHM prices are down 91% from its ATH

  • OHM aims to provide algorithmic liquidity as a service to DeFi dAPPs.

  • From what I can understand so far, you can stake crypto as collateral to create $OHM tokens — and then you can stake those $OHM tokens to earn more interest in the form of $OHM tokens.

  • There are lots of forks of this kind of DeFi 2.0 model, Wonderland (with $TIME token) being one of them.

  • Wonderland announced they’d be moving away from the OHM system to try and build something more sustainable.

Something Interesting..

I’m hiring a video editor, so Nikil put me in touch with Jon Youshaei, an amazing content creator. He gave me super useful advice on how to vet video editors using an application screening process and trial edit. Basically, it’s really important to find a detail-oriented editor, and there are lots of subtle tests you can use to weed out the ones who aren’t. And when it comes to evaluation, it’s super useful to hire a couple of editors and have them all edit the same set of footage — and then you pick the results that match your vision most closely.

I’m armed with these tactics as well as a game plan for how I want to build out my personal channel as well as the Alchemy YouTube channel and I’m ready to start pumping content out again :)
